Please choose one from the following options.
You can choose a basic processing, that will include the following cuts.
Roasts- Arm, Chuck, Rump
Steaks 3/4" Thick Rib eye,T-bone,Porterhouse,Sirloin,
1/2" Thick Tenderized Round
Ground beef in 1 pound packages
20 pounds Hamburger patties
When choosing this option ground beef is the only product you will receive.
If You want to specialize your beef cutting instructions please choose from the following.
If you check NO on any of the choices below they will be trimmed out and added to your ground beef.
Please choose from the following steak choices.
If you choose T-Bone or Porterhouse you do not get New York strip or filet mignon unless you are getting a whole beef
Please note round steaks will be cut at 1/2 inch.
Roasts average between 2 to 5 pounds
Please choose what size of ground beef packages you would like.
Our ground beef patties are square and we package them in 5 pound boxes or 4 to a package.

If checked no the item will be added to your ground beef.
If you choose NO on these options they will be discarded.

By submitting this form you agree to Smith's Custom Meats & Deer Processing, Inc. Policy.
Smith's will give you 7 (seven) days notice when your processing is complete. You must pick up your order within that seven day period or we will charge you $10.00 per day after the seventh day for storage. If you fail to pick up your order within 30 (thirty) days after we have notified you, your deposit and order will become property of Smith's Custom Meats & Deer Processing, Inc. If your deer is confiscated by any branch of law enforcement, especially the DNR your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy- If you cancel your slaughter date within 30(Thirty) days of your scheduled slaughter date, you will be charged a $100 fee per beef and a $50 fee per pork.
