Please log into your account using form below. New customers may create an account.  Once logged in, you will be able to start a new cutting list for the animal of your choice.  Also, you will be able to view all past order receipts and see current status of any active orders.  

Please follow the instructions at the top of the cut list form.

Please select what you are getting whole, half, or quarter.

Please enter your slaughter date and farmer name.

Please select your cuts and SAVE before you choose what to do with your trim.

Please save the item or items you choose in your trim selection.

Then you may submit your order. Thank-you!
