Our basic processing includes cooling,skinning, deboning, cutting, freezing ,and disposal of bones.Cuts include chops,steaks ,roasts ,and tenderloins.All cuts are boneless and are your deer.
All cuts and most products are vacuum sealed for superior freezer burn protection.
Basic processing DOES NOT include grinding
