At this time we are unable to accept Longhorn cattle at our facility.

Please have your cutting order submitted BEFORE your slaughter date, if you are having issues with our website portal please call the shop (309)-596-2728 we will be happy to help.

When selecting your cuts, please note!

For a quarter of beef order we only offer from the short loin Porterhouse Steaks and T-Bone Steaks which is the bone in version of  New York Strip Steak and Filet Mignon.

For a half of beef order you have the option from the short loin to choose Porterhouse Steaks/T-Bone Steaks or New York Strip Steak/Filet Mignon.

For a whole beef order you can have one side Porterhouse Steaks/T-Bone Steaks and the other side New York Strip Steak/Filet Mignon.
