At this time we are unable to accept Longhorn cattle at our facility.
Please have your cutting order submitted BEFORE your slaughter date, if you are having issues with our website portal please call the shop (309)-596-2728 we will be happy to help.
When selecting your cuts, please note!
When you select Porterhouse steaks you will not get New York Strip steak or Filet Mignon.
UNLESS you are getting a whole beef then we will cut Porterhouse steaks from one side and New York Strip steak and Filet Mignon from the other.
